Privacy policy

In short

• You don’t need an account.
• Information about your child stays on your device, encrypted.
• No ads. Your data is not sold, and you are not tracked across other apps.
• You can turn off anonymous usage statistics at any time.

Who runs the app

The app is run by the Çaganyň saglygy team.

Information you enter

In the app you enter information about your child: name, date of birth, sex, weight and height, vaccines, your answers about milestones, your notes, and the name and phone number of your family doctor and nurse.

This information is stored only on your device, encrypted with AES-256. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Weight, height, vaccines and milestones are health information. They are never used for advertising or marketing.

Anonymous usage statistics

When the device is online, the app sends anonymous usage statistics so that we can improve it. They contain:

• which sections of the app are opened, and how often
• the app version
• the device model and operating system version
• the app language

The statistics do not contain your name, information about your child, your phone number or an advertising identifier. They are not used to identify you.

An analytics service processes the statistics on our behalf.

You can turn statistics off at any time in “My child and settings”.

The news section

To load news, the app contacts our server. The server then receives your IP address and technical details of your device. They are used only to deliver the news and to keep the server secure.

Every other part of the app works offline. Reminders are created on your device itself.

Backup

If you wish, you can keep a backup of your data in your own cloud account.

This happens only if you choose it. The backup never reaches our servers; it is kept under that cloud service’s own privacy terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites.

No data is shared with anyone except the service that processes statistics on our behalf.

Security

Data on the device is encrypted with AES-256. Statistics and news travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Your choices

• You can export your data to a file.
• In “My child and settings”, “Delete all data” removes all data from the device. Deleting the app removes it too.
• You can turn statistics off at any time.
• To delete statistics already sent, or to ask about your data, email us.

Children

The app is meant for parents and other adults who care for children, not for children themselves. You enter the information about your child, and it stays on your device.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no forms. The web server may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date.
